As you may recall, late last year I purchased a customized stairway elevator from Williams Surgical. I wish all my purchase decisions turned out as well as this one. The initial documentation and product information answered all my questions. Home visits by Steve guaranteed that the unit would be built to fit the two floor ascent around a curve. The installation went smoothly and subsequent minor adjustments were handled quickly. This unit has allowed my wife and I to stay in our home and not move to other living arrangements. Initially we needed the unit to help my limited mobility due to M.S. Unfortunately my wife has developed a problem which will require knee replacement, but the stairway elevator will minimize problems for her. SO our decision to purchase was a good one.”
